I would love to try The Merk Bistro Italiano. Chef Brian Rutherford’s take on California-Italian is fascinating, not to mention that dessert pizza with fresh strawberries, Nutella, chocolate, and bacon sounds wonderful.
Mille Fleurs in Rancho Santa Fe. It’s a beautiful place with beautiful food, and it’s great to visit a new part of San Diego you might not know about.
I really want to give Whisknladle a whirl. I hear nothing but good things and I’m embarrassed that I haven’t been in yet. Their menu looks so scrumptious and always inspires me.
