Tucked along the 3700 block of Adams Avenue in a tiny, 350-square-foot space is Niche, a new shop helmed by Jeffrey Parish of South Park’s Junc.Life. With such limited room, Parish has utilized every inch. There’s even a small patio in the back where he sells garden supplies and plants.

The store leans modern and natural, stocking a roster of local vendors like Pons Avarcas sandals, Often Wander candles, and children’s books illustrated by Normal Heights resident Susie Ghahremani of Boygirlparty. One standout is Tijuana-based Be Love Projects; profits from their leather clutches, totes, and cross-body bags benefit education programs in Mexico. Now that’s style with substance.
