Scottsdale's calendar of events is brimming with exciting things to see and do, and this fall is no exception. From a lively street-painting festical and a hip new culinary gathering to the city's premier fashion event, Scottsdale is the place to be this season! Following are three upcoming events you won't want to miss.
Via Colori Street Painting Festival
October 18-19, 2008
Via Colori is the modern-day practive of the centuries-old tradition of street painting. In its inaugural year in Scottsdale, hundreds of artists will come together to create dozens of large-scale chalk masterpieces on the pavement throughout the downtown Scottsdale Arts District. This festical is free for spectators.
Eats3 - Arizona's Celebration of Food, Wine & Spirits
October 23-25, 2008
Get ready to "Sizzle, Sip & Swizzle" at Eats3! This new celebration of food, wine and spirits brings together famed chefs Jacques Pepin, Ming Tsai and Stephanie Izard, as well as many of Scottsdale's finest - Nubou Fukuda, Beau MacMillian and Deborah Knight to celebrate a uniquely Arizona epicurean experience centered at SouthBridge in downtown. Included among the weekend's swank culinary offerings are a cocktai-infused ArtWalk, a Grand Tasting and the BBQ & Bubbles Finale.
