November 13:

Sample global cuisine from nearly 100 local restaurants during San Diego Magazine’s World Eats party at The Headquarters at Seaport. 

Best-selling author Anne Lamott uses her humorous wit to dish on the heavier subjects of alcoholism, motherhood, and faith at Balboa Theatre. 

Paula Abdul commemorates the 30th anniversary of her debut album with Straight Up Paula! at Copley Symphony Hall. 

 

November 15:

View Tim Shaw's innovative "Beyond Reason" exhibition while enjoying specially created cocktails and small bites at San Diego Museum of Art's Culture & Cocktails: Reflect.

 

November 16:

Shop for old treasures at the three-day Del Mar Antique Show & Sale at Del Mar Fairgrounds. 

 

November 17:

Laugh it up during the Platinum Comedy Tour with Mike Epps, Tony Rock, Sommore, Bruce Bruce, and Earthquake at Valley View Casino Center. 

Skate for a good cause at Rady Children’s Ice Rink in Liberty Station (through 1/6). 

Pair a couple rounds of beers with a 15- or 30-mile bike ride during Societe Brewing's Bikes and Beers ride.

Sample food from more than 60 restaurants as well as more than 150 beers, wines and spirits at the San Diego Wine + Food Festival Grand Tasting.

 

November 18:

Heartthrob boy band 98 Degrees performs Christmas songs from their Let It Snow album at Balboa Theatre.
