South African-born chef Ryan Steyn has brought his talents and signature dishes to Valle de Guadalupe. Set amidst the expansive vineyards at Adobe Guadalupe is his newest venture, El Jardin de Adobe por Chef Ryan Steyn. The seasonal menu is crafted from locally sourced ingredients in the area. Be sure to order the fish and clam ceviche, with notes of bright citrus from fresh lime juice and the additional textures of grilled corn, tomatoes, and crunchy cucumber.
