America's Cup Preview

Published:

This year's America's Cup promises to be much more exciting than in years past. The new AC45 catamaran boats are faster, and the new course around San Diego Bay allows you to get even closer to the action. The event will be captured by cameras in the air, on land, and on board (each boat has 14 cameras) and broadcast on big screens set up around the Bay, so you won't miss a moment. Check out the video preview for a sneak peek of the action coming to San Diego November 12-20th.

Here are some highlights from the second day of racing in Plymouth, where blustery conditions made for a dramatic day of sailing full of capsizes, near-capsizes, and other wipe-outs.
