The Library Shop at the New Central Library

One for the books

Published:

Modern architecture, killer panoramic views, and art exhibits aren’t the only reasons to visit the new Central Library. Its well-curated Library Shop is a Mecca for bibliophiles and design lovers alike. With everything from books and jewelry to paper products and pet accessories, the store balances well-known brands like Rifle Paper Co. with local goodies from craft/party supplier We Love Citrus and more. Plus, all proceeds benefit the San Diego Public Library System. Mark your calendars for a May 4 Mother’s Day card-making workshop, and on May 17, the Shop will host an Indies First Storytime Event, featuring children’s book author, local artist, and illustrator Rafael Lopez. 330 Park Boulevard, East Village
