Those who register at icommutesd.com will be entered to win prizes and can enjoy a free t-shirt, snacks, and a little cheering on at the 90 pit stops along various commutes. Not that doing it for your health, your wallet, and the environment isn’t motivation enough!

A person burns approximately 10,750 calories by biking to work for one week (5 miles one way at a 12 mph pace) *150 lbs.
