The Girl Scouts San Diego–Imperial Council celebrated San Diego’s 10 Cool Women of 2009 with a breakfast reception, dubbed “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and held——fittingly——at Tiffany & Co., Fashion Valley. The touted 10: Judith Harris, Dr. Divya Kakaiya, Gail Levin, Patricia McQuater, Fary Moini, Robin Nordhoff, Sarah Reinertsen, Deborah Scott, Joan Waitt and Maureen Sullivan.
