One Door North has opened next door to sister restaurant The Smoking Goat in North Park.



Baja coastal cuisine has landed at the dual-level Pueblo in Pacific Beach.



Tasting Room Del Mar is now open, offering wine, beer, cold brew, and a menu with most ingredients sourced from within 300 miles.



Carnitas’ Snack Shack has opened has opened a third location on the Embarcadero.



The East Village’s dual-concept Stella Public House and Halcyon has hired chef Jade Griego (Prepkitchen) to oversee both kitchens.



Ambrogio 15, a thin-crust pizza eatery developed by three Milan-based restaurateurs, is slated to open in Pacific Beach this summer.



The specialty Italian grocer Roma Market is planning to launch in Little Italy next month.



J/Wata, a yakitori-style eatery from the team behind RakiRaki Ramen & Tsukemen, is set to open in Kearny Mesa late summer.



Copenhagen-based brewer Mikkel Bjorg Bergsø has opened his first brewery, Mikkeller San Diego, in Miramar’s former AleSmith space.



In other brew news, ChuckAlek Biergarten has debuted in North Park, with all-alfresco seating and food from nearby Tostadas, an offshoot of City Tacos.
