June 12:

For an “Out of this World” summer experience, head to the San Diego County Fair, which explores all things outer space through July 4. $13 for one-day admission; buy the special $24 “Best Pass Ever” for access all 24 days: June 8–July 4.

June 15:

Wine, Cheese and Chocolate—need we say more? It’s the fifth annual festival at the Women’s Museum of California. $35.

June 16:

Tour historic homes and get inspired at South Park’s free Old House Fair.

Watch cool canines catch some serious waves at the Loews Coronado Surf Dog Competition. Free.

June 17:

Happy Father's Day! If your dad is too badass for golfing, treat him to a great meal and concert by The Long Run - the top Eagles tribute band - at Anthology.

Hosted by SPY, the first-ever Del Moto Derby Invitational at the Del Mar Fairgrounds will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run all day, with big names like Jeremy McGrath riding and Supercross winner Grant Langston competing. Buy a ticket to the Fair and gain free admission to this badass event. Be The Match will be on-site, accepting donations for bone marrow matches, as Encinitas resident McGrath’s wife is battling Leukemia. Go out and show your support! (And bring your dad.)
