Supernatural Sandwiches has opened a location in Pacific Beach, their second shop after launching in Miramar.



Saint Archer Brewing Co. has debuted a tasting room in Encinitas, with plans to host art shows and screenings in the space.



After finding success at their first location in La Jolla, Shorehouse Kitchen has opened a second in Carlsbad Village.



J/Wata Temaki Bar has landed on Convoy Street, with hand-rolled-to-order sushi from chef-owner Junya Watanabe (Rakiraki Ramen).



Launched by a Philadelphia native, Calozzi’s Cheesesteaks is now turning out the Philly classic in Pacific Beach.



Now open in North Park, JuneShine is a “hard kombucha” bar, serving alcoholic spins on the probiotic beverage, including blood orange mint with six percent ABV.



North Park’s beer- and kid-friendly eatery Waypoint Public has shuttered its Del Sur location.



New at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa is 7 Mile Kitchen, serving wood-fired pizzas, burgers, local craft beer, and gelato.



Frat Boy Donuts has joined the lineup of local vendors at Liberty Public Market; their menu includes cronuts and vegan options.



Chefs Hanis Cavin (Carnitas’ Snack Shack) and Willie DePasquale (Moceri Produce) have partnered on a barbecue concept headed to East County. The Pioneer is expected to open in San Carlos this summer.
