Event Overview

The Westgate Hotel’s outdoor rooftop, with its stunning view of downtown, will host the city’s most inspiring female leaders and entrepreneurs for Celebrating Women. Join us as we honor our finalists and name the 2017 Woman of the Year. Plus, enjoy bites and beverages from Chef Fabrice Hardel and a special presentation by a keynote speaker, to be determined.

 

Nomination Details

The nominations for Celebrating Women are now open until July 8.

Awards Criteria

Woman of the Year:
One individual will be chosen as the Woman of the Year among all the nominees across the following categories: Industry Leader, Nonprofit Visionary, Rising Star and Military Service. This award will be chosen by a judging panel that consist of winners from the past five years.

Industry Leader:
This award recognizes an individual who is a dynamic and passionate leader who has a positive influence on others and works tirelessly for causes near and dear to his/her heart. Women who've successfully executed on a strategy, and transformed their business line or brand.

Nonprofit Visionary:
This honor is awarded to an outstanding individual in recognition of his or her impactful service and special contributions to their community, civic or charitable organizations. Women who've made an extraordinary effort, and had an extraordinary impact on others.

Rising Star:
This award is designed for women on the rise, making their mark, even at the early stages of their careers.

Military Service:
This award recognizes a woman who has been on active military duty who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievement.
