For adult alone time, call on Camp Hyatt, a children’s program that offers morning, afternoon, and evening sessions plus outdoor babysitting services for kids three to 12. Next month, the resort will open a new restaurant-gastrobar serving contemporary California cuisine and sophisticated comfort food.
