Katherine Cosmetics founder and Rancho Santa Fe resident Annie “Katherine” Finch spent 23 years in the makeup industry (she’s a former VP from Estee Lauder) before branching off on her own. The new beauty line is geared toward women over age 40, and its most recent addition, the A+ Friends Collection, includes an SPF 20 lip balm and 10 new lipstick colors, inspired by the favorite shades of Annie’s best friends. Each lipstick is made with natural ingredients like sweet almond oil and aloe leaf extract. A portion of the proceeds from each shade will benefit that specific friend’s charity of choice. Here’s to friendship, the gift that—in Annie’s case—keeps on giving! $26 each, available at katherinecosmetics.com
