Making Merry

Friends of the East County Arts presented the annual Holiday Tea at the Ronald Reagan Community Center in El Cajon. KUSI News meteorologist Dave Scott was host. The reception was attended by some 170 supporters of the organization, which promotes the growth and development of the arts in eastern San Diego.
