Distance

Where

Start at Broadway Pier and take the ferry to Coronado. Follow the pathway along the water, which takes you underneath the bridge and along the golf course. Head down the Silver Strand and through Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, and National City back to where you started.

What to Instagram

The top of your handlebars, with remote marshes and bay views in the background.

Why We Love It

This route keeps getting new sections of bike path, with stretches along Chula Vista’s marina recently added. It’s a great way to explore areas along the bay you might not normally visit.

Where to Refuel

Check out Trident Coffee or Coronado Brewing’s tasting room in Bikeway Village (536 13th Street, Imperial Beach), a new food-and-drink complex along the bikeway.
