At Scooped by MooTime, the Liberty Public Market offshoot of Coronado’s MooTime Creamery, the ice cream sandwich gets a decadent makeover thanks to a cereal base—Cap’n Crunch or Cocoa Puffs—that pairs with one of their ice cream flavors. (Purists can choose from chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal, and chai snickerdoodle cookies.)
Exclusive new ice cream flavors include oatmeal stout, as well as café au lait made in collaboration with fellow market vendor WestBean Coffee Roasters. How’s that for a coffee break?
