FeedWild Success
Makua, a Point Loma-based women’s organization that raises funds to benefit local foster children through its partnership with Voices for Children, lassoed $205,000 at its Wild Wild West fund-raiser at the McMillin Events Center at Liberty Station. Kris Barry, Heidi Grady and Maria Herman chaired the event. Guests decked in Western duds were treated to a performance by country crooner Lacy Younger.
