Kent Aden, executive vice president of the Otay Ranch Company, and U.S. Navy Captain Jim DiMatteo received the Spirit of Life award at the Salute to Hope gala, presented by the San Diego Construction Industries Alliance for City of Hope. Held aboard the U.S.S. Midway, the gala benefited City of Hope, a research and treatment institution for cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
