Women Who Move the City
Nominate SD's Woman of the Year!

San Diego Magazine is seeking nominations for its 2012 Woman of the Year Award, in conjunction with the Women Who Move the City event. This award recognizes dynamic women who work to create positive change and contributes to the San Diego community. All nominees who meet the criteria will be invited with a guest to the Women Who Move the City event on September 18, 2012 at La Costa Resort & Spa, and featured in an upcoming issue of San Diego Magazine.
Deadline for submission of entries is 3 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2012.
2012 NOMINATIONS:
Please fill out the entire criteria form in order to be considered for the Woman of the Year Award. Nominees who meet the criteria listed below, as decided by the review committee, will be listed in a future 2012 issue of San Diego Magazine. The Woman of the Year will be named at the Women Who Move the City event.
Criteria for this nomination:
- » Demonstrates leadership through active participation in a San Diego-based company and/or institution
- » Shows strong commitment to community by getting involved with charitable causes
- » Provides evidence that she has positively influenced women in business, nonprofits and/or educational programs in the San Diego region
- » Must be primarily responsible for the current performance of her business, department, company or educational institution
- » Shows commitment to women in business
- » The company and/or educational institution that she is responsible for must have been in existence for a minimum of three years
