Ya gotta love a place that plays with its food. RA Sushi, never content to rest on its laurels for long, freshens its bill of fare with a number of new items (some of which aren’t even sushi). It’s particularly hard to resist the RAllipops: skewered tuna, salmon, yellowtail, spicy tuna mix, asparagus and cucumber, wrapped in lobok and served with a garlic ponzu sauce. Or try the melt-in-your-mouth chips and salsa (spicy tuna tartare mixed with cucumber, avocado and fresh salsa, accompanied by wonton chips) or the grilled short ribs (marinated Kalbi beef basted with yakiniku sauce, sided with wasabi mashed potatoes).
