Siglin is a homegrown bartender, having started bartending at La Jolla’s Hyatt Regency when he turned 21. After a five-year hiatus, he worked briefly at The Pearl before training at Noble Experiment. He’s the SD regional winner of the Don Q Rum “mix-off” contest and participated in the Fastest Hands in the West in San Francisco (at Rickhouse during Cocktail Week). He also won the El Dorado cocktail contest, an annual Iron Chef-style faceoff for the city’s bartenders.
