Waters Fine Foods & Catering is coming soon to downtown

First we told you about Tender Greens coming into Downtown. Now another of the city's top healthy gourmet institutions is moving in. Waters Fine Foods & Catering just signed a lease at 555 C. Street (between Broadway and B Streets). Downtown will mark their third location after Morena and Solana Beach. With hep sushi joint Ogawashi and Waters now on C Street, could that stretch of Downtown—mostly known as a great place to take your pants down after ingesting obscene amounts of drugs—finally be coming around?
