GO. DRINK. DON'T DRIVE.

The Linkery pairs with Avery Brewing to kickoff their 8th Anniversary weekend.

When The Linkery opened, I was a high school freshman with braces, heavily gelled hair and a disturbing affinity for Papa Roach. On Feb. 8 the city's farm-to-table stalwart celebrated eight years in existence (and I celebrated eight years Roach-free). The anniversary weekend kicks off with dinner featuring Avery Brewing, hosted by Adam Avery himself. He'll bring out some vintage brew from his personal cellar, so we highly suggest you grab one of the five remaining tickets ($88.50 with tips/service) here. The menu is extensive. Four courses with two beers in each course, plus an opener (Avery IPA) and palate cleanser (blood orange granita, peanut crumble) mixed in there. The beers will be high octane, forcing Linkery owner Jay Porter to post a nice little PSA about getting home safely. To see the full menu, click here.
