A highlight of the festival is the San Diego International Spirits Competition, which will once again be led by the esteemed George Manska inventor of the NEAT glass. Judges include: Philip Dobard – Museum of the American Cocktail; Andrew Faulkner – VP American Distilling Institute; David Rippentrop Americas Executive Beverage Consultancy, Forrest Cokley; Michael Politz; Rich Manning; Roberto Loppi and Brian Cary.
