Here’s the Lineup for Spring’s Best Fitness Event

SWEAT returns to the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa on May 18

If your perfect Saturday starts with a good workout, San Diego Magazine’s SWEAT, presented by White Claw Hard Seltzer, was made for you. Try San Diego’s best fitness studios, all in one place. Held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa on Mission Bay, the morning kicks off with two mini workouts at 20 minutes each, followed by an after party with bites from healthy restaurants, drinks, a DJ, mini massages, giveaways, and more.

This year’s lineup includes boot camp by AquaVie Fitness, yoga by Buddhi Yoga, H.I.I.T. with Orangetheory, barre by Pure Barre, Pilates with Relevate, cardio hip hop with The Facility Dance Studio, and boxing conditioning with UFC Gym. Workout with each studio during the class portion, then hear more about membership and chat with instructors at their booth at the after party.

Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a studio junkie, you’ll get to try classes that challenge your body and inspire your mind. And if the party is more appealing than the workouts, there’s plenty of time for that too. Enjoy tastings from healthy restaurants like Café Gratitude and Freshii, or grab a drink and lounge until your heart’s content.

SWEAT tickets are on sale now. Space is limited for some classes so purchase your ticket early in order to ensure you get first choice of workouts.
