Get a Good Sweat, Swag, and Sunshine This Weekend

Choose workouts by seven fitness studios from barre to boxing at SWEAT

Find a new workout you’ll love at San Diego Magazine’s SWEAT, presented by White Claw Hard Seltzer. Seven different fitness studios will be teaching mini workout classes at the event this Saturday, May 18 at the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa. Stretch and rejuvenate with Buddhi Yoga or get your heart rate high with Orangetheory Fitness. There’s an option for every fitness lover from yoga and barre to boxing, bootcamp, H.I.I.T. and Pilates.

Post-workout, you can refuel in the Live Well Lounge where the after party includes food, drinks, a DJ, giveaways, and more. Sample kombucha from Bing, KYLA, and Brew Dr. or grab a cocktail from Rum Haven or Tequila Partida. Founders Brewing will be there ready to pour your hops-loving heart a cold one. And since you’ll have worked up an appetite, we’ve invited the restaurants making healthy food that actually tastes good. Beaming, Café Gratitude, Freshii, Catered Fit, and Kashi will make your toned tummy full and happy.

SWEAT tickets are on sale now. Space is limited for some classes so purchase your ticket early in order to ensure you get first choice of workouts.
