The Biggest Loser’s Tracey Yukich is Coming to Town Tomorrow
The Season 8 contestant, now 128 lbs. lighter, will share her secrets at Pure Fitness in Carlsbad
Since leaving The Biggest Loser a year and a half ago, Tracey Yukich has completed four marathons—two of those in Boston—and seven triathlons. Tracey has earned her personal training and group fitness certifications and she started her own boot camp business, Power of 4 Fitness, in Dallas. Tracey also got her nutrition license and is working toward becoming a Registered Dietician (RD). Tracey has also been using the GRAVITY Training on Total Gym, which is a system of resistance-training machines.
Love the show? Need motivation? Curious about GRAVITY?
On Friday, May 27, at 8 a.m. at Pure Fitness in Carlsbad, Tracey will participate in a GRAVITY workout and speak to members about her Biggest Loser experience and how she has kept the weight off. “After the show, out of 234 Biggest Loser contestants, I gained the most muscle,” Yukich has said. “I didn’t lift weights. My load was my bodyweight doing GRAVITY® workouts on Total Gym. I lost 56 pounds on the show, but when I started using Total Gym, I lost another 72 pounds. It really helped transform my body.”
