Check out the behind the scenes video to see all the eating and drinking that goes into producing our Best Restaurants in San Diego issue. And even though we knew it at the time, we couldn't reveal chef Andrew Spurgin's plans to leave Waters Catering and head up Campine with Brian Malarkey and Tony Friscia. Now that the cat's out of the bag, here are more details from Candice Woo on his new project.
