It’s a St. Patty’s Day fiesta at Casa de Pico. Their specialty menu includes green sauce enchiladas stuffed with chicken and served with green rice and guacamole along with a Patty’s Midori, coconut margarita, and draft green beer.

The Manchester Grand Hyatt

Inside the waterfront hotel, guests and locals can head to the Grand Lobby Bar to feast on the “St. Paddy’s Day Burger.” The specialty burger is prepared with Angus and corned beef, cabbage, Irish cheddar, and Jameson BBQ sauce, all placed on a pumpernickel bun.

Pacific Beach AleHouse

Indulge in some Irish-inspired creations at this rooftop restaurant. Try the corned beef and cabbage, slow cooked in their Rockfish Red Ale and served with a side of red potatoes, cabbage, and Irish soda bread or the Irish lamb stew prepared in their Soledad Stout with Colorado lamb, potatoes, onions, carrots, and peas. $4 green Bud Light, $5 Jameson shots, and $10 stout bombs are also on the menu.

Regents Pizza

In honor of St. Patty’s Day, the La Jolla pizzeria has teamed up with Amplified Ale works to infuse a cask of their Irish Lullaby stout with peppermint patties, creating a dry and mint chocolatey brew. They’ll also be serving a “Paddy’s Pie” made with corned beef, aged mozzarella, cabbage, carrot puree, and mashed potatoes, available in whole or by the slice.
