You could upgrade your address to a La Jolla zip code by buying a ticket in the 13th annual Dream House Raffle. Every ticket you purchase will get you closer to your dreams of living right by the ocean. Here’s a tour of where you could be living next!

1. Forward your mail here

This 2,059-square-foot home in Bird Rock is the grand prize in this year’s drawing. Imagine pulling into this driveway every day.

2. Hello, gorgeous

Once you step inside, you’ll immediately be greeted by an unobstructed view of the clear blue sea.

3. The happiest hour

Need some fresh air? The living room leads to a deck with a fancy fire pit, where you can host your own private happy hour with a view, whenever you want! Want company? We’re sure you’ll have no problem finding people who want to come over.

4. Neptune calls

If the living room deck isn’t close enough to the sea breeze for you (or too many people showed up for your housewarming), there’s another patio downstairs.

5. Bon appétit

Hungry after all that sunbathing and entertaining? Make yourself a snack in this gourmet kitchen.

6. R&R

This extra room is built and ready for hosting friends and family, or just hanging out. The house comes hooked up with high-tech entertainment systems.

7. Staycation

Your guests get to spend the night in a room right by the waterfront Jacuzzi. Warning: the in-laws will want to visit more often, which we’re not liable for.

8. Private retreat

But you can unwind (or hide) in the master bathroom suite, which has a huge soaking tub and spa shower.

9. Sleep tight

Throw away that noise machine that makes soothing nature sounds. The sound of real ocean waves will drift you off to sleep, every night!

10. This is real

You really can win this home just by purchasing a raffle ticket. Every ticket for the Dream House Raffle costs $150; you can also buy three-packs at a discount of $400, or five tickets at once for $550. There’s no limit on the number of tickets you can buy. It’s a small price to pay for the chance to live in this oceanfront house! Or, you can always choose the $2.1 million cash option, instead.

If you don’t win the house, there’s still 1,700 other prizes you could win, from around-the-world trips to a new car. Your chance of winning something is 1 in 44—you can’t beat that! Plus, all the funds go to a worthy cause, to children in need at the Ronald McDonald House.
