Greetings, Comic-Con people, and welcome to San Diego! We appreciate your business.

As the “Craft Beer Capital of America,” we take great pride in our 100+ microbreweries. Here are some of our newest favorites.

Too early for beer? Start with juice, coffee, or brunch.

You might have heard that we have pretty much the best weather in the country. We know you’re in for a busy weekend—but if you can swing it, we highly recommend getting outside and exploring some beaches and trails. Or check out our brand new summer guide for even more happenings around town.

As any seasoned Comic-Con goer knows, your best friend for getting through an event-packed day at the convention is food. Avoid the tourist traps and get your grub on at one or more of the best restaurants in San Diego, as voted by our readers and food critic. You won’t regret it!

We could go on and on about why we love San Diego, but we’ll just let you find out for yourself. Share your own reasons using #ReasonsToLoveSD @SanDiegoMag.

May the force of craft beer, tacos, and sunshine be with you. And don’t forget to wear sunscreen!
