Make Your Own Chocolate Bar at This South Park Sweets Shop

Choose from more than 30 ingredients to craft your own milk or dark chocolate bars

Published:

Craft chocolate has hit South Park—and you can be a part of it. William Gustwiller, owner and chocolatier of South Park’s chocolate confectionery and restaurant, Eclipse Chocolate, has introduced a monthly Build-A-Bar workshop series.

In the private Umbral Room, guests create two chocolate bars, using either milk or dark chocolate and up to three add-ins from a selection of more than 30 ingredients, including merlot sea salt, peanut butter toffee, ginger sugar, and other fruits, nuts, and spices, which guests mix, fill, chill, and wrap into their cacao creations. Along with two customized chocolate bars, guests receive a complimentary house wine, craft beer, or coffee drink.

The next workshop is March 23. Sweet!
