This month’s cover story on San Diego’s Best Happy Hours includes 154 local spots for drinking and dining deals. There’s a HH for everyone, from ocean view restaurants and family-friendly venues to trendy lounges and dog-centric digs. One of our favorites is University Heights restaurant-bar Madison, which nabbed the December cover spot.
