Restaurant Week in one delicious evening

What better way to kick off the biannual San Diego Restaurant Week than to sample a little bit of each participating restaurant? For the first time, you will have the chance to do so at #SDRWTaste2012, happening on Friday, September 14 from 5-9 PM at the Broadway Pier in the Port Pavillion.

Over thirty of the best restaurants from Restaurant Week will be serving up samples of house specialties and unique bevies to rev up your taste buds for the coming week. Some highlights include: Acqua Al 2, Bertrand at Mister A's, Bice, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Cowboy Star, Cucina Urbana, W Hotel, Ballast Point Brewing, Carruth Cellars and St. Petersburg Vodka, to name a few.

Your $75 ticket will get you unlimited food and drink and 10% of each ticket purchase will go to the Food Bank of San Diego’s Backpack Program to feed a child for a weekend. Sounds like a pretty delicious deal if you ask me.
